The Charity Quiz Night was a terrific success raising just over £1,000 for TREES. The hard work in organising the evening was down to Barry and Sue who continue to do a tremendous amount of  voluntary work for the charity. The Quiz Master was, as always, fantastic. Food, also was really good, the chicken curry & rice provided by Ali with alternatives of chicken casserole and salads. A really good time was had by all. Many thanks to everyone who organised and attended the event!

A huge thank you to all who took part in the second of our two fund raising golf days for 2019. The day was a fantastic success with the incredible sum of over £2,750 being raised for TREES. Every penny of this will go to making life a little bit more enjoyable for those less fortunate than most. Also “A BIG THANK YOU” as ever to EPSOM GOLF CLUB and all their wonderful staff who always work so hard to make sure the day goes so well. Thank you all so much.

It was with great sadness that we reported the passing of Peter, known to all as Nobby. Our dear friend passing away peacefully in a hospice surrounded by his family. As many will know, Nobby was TREES president for many years as well as a founder member of the charity and a stalwart attendee at numerous TREES events. He is greatly missed but always remembered. All Nobby’s many friends at TREES would like to pass their sincere condolences to his family. And now it is with great pleasure that we welcome Nobby and Anne’s three sons as Honorary Joint Presidents of the TREES Charity, Gary, Paul and Steve.
